    Every stay should be accompanied with a visit to our in-house restaurant Heirloom Restaurant & Bar, which boasts thoughtfully crafted menus using seasonal, organic and local produce sourced from the very best Western Australian growers.

    On a day to day basis the team is led by our very talented Head Chef, Vincy Silveira who cooks up a variety of dishes which are sure to tantalise even the pickiest of taste buds. The menu even offers paleo-inspired dishes and features fresh, healthy and delicious meals made using locally sourced ingredients. Our signature dish is the macadamia and almond crumbed chicken schnitzel, raw slaw, horseradish mayo and nam jim. We have plenty of options for gluten and dairy intolerances as well as vegetarians.
